Currently we do not accept insurance and do not submit insurance claims for patients. We do provide a billing statement with all of the appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes for patients to submit on their own. Most insurance companies will cover the office visits and the chelation treatments. However, most insurance companies will not cover the Challenge Tests or urine collection tests.
